With all of the wonderful organizations in the KC area, we are hosting this meeting to see how we can provide something to members without impeding on the work of the other groups in the area. Read: this meeting may be more of a brainstorming session to see how we can best serve those who may be interested in joining since we are *just* getting started. Right now, our working idea is a more informal gathering of like- minded individuals. So we are thinking coffeeshop dates to discuss our gardens/native plants, offering tours of our members' gardens, potentially help others work in their individual yards, etc.
